3. Airport pick-up process:
• (1) Airport pick-up process
• After landing, please proceed to the "INNN Airport Counter" and present your booking QR code to complete the check-in process.
• The bus departs punctually every 30 minutes according to the schedule, and staff will guide you to the boarding point.
• Upon arrival at the transfer point, dedicated staff will assist in guiding you to the connecting vehicle.
• After transferring to the shuttle bus, follow the system-planned route (shared rides cannot specify routes or pick-up order). The service is completed upon arrival at the destination and baggage collection.
4. Fees and Cancellation/Change Policies
• (1) Inclusions & Exclusions
• Both airport pick-up and drop-off services are offered at a fixed, transparent price, allowing you to plan your travel costs in advance.
• (II) Cancellation Policy Free Cancellation:
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 00:00 (inclusive) 1 day prior to the date of use.
• Full charge: A full refund will be charged if cancellation is requested after 00:00, 1 day before the usage date.
V. Important Booking Notices
• (1) Service Hours
• Airport pickup: 07:00–00:30
• Airport Drop-off: 04:30–22:00 (Vehicle must be booked at least 5 hours before flight departure)
• (B) Itinerary and Route Journey duration:
• Estimated duration is approximately 1.5–2.5 hours, subject to traffic and scheduling conditions.
• Route rules: Operates according to the system schedule, does not provide intermediate stops, modify destinations, or mid-route drop-offs, nor does it guarantee delivery sequence.
• (3) Baggage Regulations Free Baggage Allowance:
• Each passenger per booking can bring 1 free 32-inch checked suitcase (size criteria: excluding wheels and handles, sum of three sides less than 170cm) and 1 free 20-inch carry-on suitcase (size criteria: excluding wheels and handles, sum of three sides less than 115cm). Personal backpacks, shoulder bags, and other small carry-on items must be held by passengers and are not counted in the total baggage allowance.
• Special baggage: A foldable stroller is considered as one piece of 32-inch baggage, and a compact stroller is considered as one piece of 20-inch baggage. Strollers and wheelchairs exceeding 88cm cannot be transported.
• Prohibited items: Items with one side exceeding 90cm (fishing rods, skis, etc.), pets, leak-prone liquids (live seafood, unsealed alcohol), fragile items (LCD screens, musical instruments). Failure to declare and carrying prohibited items may result in order cancellation or refusal of carriage, with all associated losses to be borne by the passenger.
6. Liability and Compensation
• Failure to arrive at the pickup point on time: If you exceed the driver's free waiting period (as specified in your booking details) and still haven't arrived, the driver has the right to cancel the trip and leave. Any resulting missed flight will be the passenger's responsibility.
• Incomplete pre-trip preparations: Such as lost documents, forgotten luggage requiring return trips, or insufficient time allocated for check-in/security checks causing travel delays will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• Incorrect key information: Such as wrong flight number, flight time, or pickup location, which may lead to incorrect transfers or itinerary deviations. Any resulting missed flights will be your own responsibility.
7. Liability for Missed Flights
• Late arrival at the pickup point: If you exceed the driver's free waiting time and still haven't arrived, the driver may cancel the trip and leave without liability. Passengers will be responsible for any consequences of missing their flight.
• Inadequate trip preparation: Includes lost documents, luggage issues, and insufficient time allocated for security checks and customs procedures.
• Incorrect key information: Such as wrong flight number or pickup details leading to transfer errors.
• Failure to promptly respond to customer support: If messages are not replied to as required after booking, preventing customer support from confirming travel details, it may result in insufficient time and delay the itinerary.
