• Special arrangement to experience the unique tram (departing from Kishi Station at 10:38 or 10:30 and arriving at Itakiso Station at 10:50). The experience fee is already included. Since Kishi Station is an unmanned ticket station, the driver-guide cannot accompany you if serving dual roles that day. You will meet the driver-guide upon arrival at Itakiso Station. (Note: The daily themed tram operating at the fixed times of 10:38 or 10:30 may vary, so you can look forward to seeing which special tram you'll experience on the day~)
• 1 scheduled tuna filleting show (12:30 PM). If the tuna filleting show is unexpectedly canceled or cannot be viewed due to non-human factors such as road conditions on the day, no refund will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
• (We also offer airport drop-off service to Kansai Airport Terminal 2 on the same day, with departure time slots at 15:00 and 17:00. The one-way trip takes approximately 15–20 minutes.) Please select the airport drop-off package when placing your order. The estimated arrival time at the airport is for reference only. Please allow sufficient time to account for any delays. We will not be responsible for any losses caused by late arrival at the airport. Thank you for your understanding. This itinerary is not recommended for customers with tight flight schedules.

The 1-day tour is a join-in tour. If you have booked a door-to-door pick-up package, the shuttle will depart only after all hotel pick-up guests have arrived at the meeting point. Please note that the shuttle may sometimes arrive and depart later than scheduled. We appreciate your understanding.
