How to use

1. After Booking

You will receive a confirmation email and e-voucher from Trip.com once your booking is completed. Please check that all travel details, names, and hotel pick-up information are correct.

2. Before the Tour

Our local operator may contact you via WhatsApp, phone call, or message to reconfirm your pick-up time and details. Please keep your phone active and accessible.

3. On the Day of the Activity

Driver will pick-up at your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

4. End of Tour

After the activity, you will be dropped back at your hotel or designated drop-off area included in your booking.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

The voucher is valid only on the confirmed date and time.
