The young lady at the ticket counter gave us a very warm welcome :) The museum was interesting for Klimt fans, but a bit smaller than expected. The price-performance ratio would have been good if the audio guide had been included with the ticket.★

Self guided inside tour of the palace. Dinner was a three course meal. No drinks included. The Concert location was outside the gates of palace. Instructions were provided on how to get to the concert but would’ve appreciated a guide walk with the group after dinner. Concert was exceptionally well done.★

We had an excellent experience. Our tour guide, Celine, was very knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely friendly. The explanations were clear and engaging, enriched with local stories that made the tour much more enjoyable. She patiently answered all our questions and was always attentive to the group’s needs. The organization and preparation by the travel agency was excellent! The hotel was more like a 3-star than a 4-star. Breakfast was very good, but there was no bar as described. That was a shame. The rooms and the hotel itself are visibly showing their age. However, it's very centrally located (city center, transport links, Mariehilfer Straße shopping street) for an acceptable price. Otherwise, everything was great!
