I booked the excursion half a day before. They messaged me on WhatsApp, and the driver arrived at my hotel at 2 a.m. At the base, they offered me coffee, and I realized I was a bit chilly, so I rented a blanket and jacket. My driver and photographer was a wonderful girl, Navi, who took amazing photos of me everywhere. At dawn, they also offered me a snack, then she took me to the black lava rocks and took photos there too. When I returned to the base, the driver picked me up again and took me to the rice terraces and then to the waterfall. I really enjoyed everything; it was a very fulfilling day, I recommend it to everyone.★

Today we went on a wonderful trip to Mount Batur to watch the sunrise, and we were absolutely blown away by the beauty of it all! We especially want to mention our driver, Surya, who picked us up from the hotel and drove us back; he shared a lot of interesting information along the way and took us to the specific spots we requested—plus, his car was very comfortable throughout the journey. We also want to highlight our Jeep driver Ery, who was very careful and professional, and even took some great photos for us. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.★

Excellent excursion! The driver picked us up from the hotel on time. We watched the sunrise on the volcano. It was very beautiful. The jeep driver took pictures of us. Thank you for the beautiful photos. Then we arrived at a beautiful waterfall. We took beautiful photos and enjoyed nature. A very rich program for the price. Then our polite driver took us back to the hotel. I recommend this excursion!★

Great! We were picked up from our hotel in Ubud at 2:45 AM, taken to base camp, treated to tea and coffee, and then transferred to the jeeps to watch the sunrise! The driver took lots of photos; it was absolutely beautiful! We also had breakfast there. Afterward, we went to see the black lava; it felt like we were on another planet. Next, we went to the hot springs, but honestly, I wasn't thrilled. There were a lot of flies, the toilets, showers, and changing rooms weren't very clean, and there were a lot of people. I think we could leave that out of the program. The guides and drivers were fantastic! We really enjoyed everything!
