The tour is a great opportunity to get to know Prague quickly, definitely even in the rain. It was described as wheelchair accessible – this refers exclusively to folding wheelchairs, which was immediately corrected in the description! We were able to participate in the tour because the staff immediately provided a child seat! The team was very quick to rectify the situation!★

The Palace is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers audio guides in many languages, including Spanish. The exhibits are incredible and are perfectly complemented by the audio. We entered around 4 pm, thinking they closed at 6 pm, but at 5 pm we were asked to leave. Even so, we were able to see and linger in each room.★
