Thank you so much for the driver's warm and thoughtful service. I was worried about communication issues, but he spoke good English. He was very careful to pick me up on time, using my name tag, and checked my destination. I wanted to visit a beach on the way, and he even stopped to recommend one. On our way back, we were stuck in traffic and took a bit longer, but he didn't charge extra. Thank you so much πŸ™

It works great, although they didn't send us the car's registration number, which made us a little nervous. The driver arrived with a piece of paper with the name the reservation was under. The driver paid for toll roads, but didn't ask us for an extra fee at the end of the route, so it was included in the price. A great experience. Definitely worth using.
