I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming.
He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip.
If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him backā

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my driver, Krisna, who turned out to be such a wonderful person!
This was my first time hiring a private driver in Bali, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Even though my English isn't perfect, we had amazing conversations, laughed a lot, and joked around throughout the day. I had such a blast - in fact, the day I spent with Krisna was genuinely one of my absolute favorite days in Bali!
I managed to visit almost every place on my bucket list and got so many incredible photos. Krisna helped me out in so many ways, kept my spirits high, and was just an all-around kind, amazing guy. By the end of the trip, I actually felt a little sad saying goodbye! But I really hope to return to Bali soon so we can explore Ubud together again and finish the rest of our itinerary! šš

Our driver, Asta, was incredibly kind. He picked us up from the hotel on time and had water, mosquito repellent, tissues, and snacks in the car. Knowing our child had diarrhea, he even applied some of his oil-like ointment. Besides taking us to the attractions, he also offered to take photos for us. At each stop, he would walk us to the entrance and then wait for us in the car. In short, he was a wonderful person, and hiring him wasn't tiring at all ā a truly enjoyable day!ā

We didn't want to get up early for this trip, so we chose a hotel in Lovina ourselves. However, we didn't figure out the hotel's shuttle service, and as the time approached, we realized we could only take a taxi, which turned out to be incredibly expensive, costing at least 500 NTD. I then asked the customer service representative for help, and she helped us find a cheaper car, saving us some money. There was a little mishap with the dolphin watching ā the driver overslept and forgot (which is perfectly understandable), making us wait for an hour. But the customer service representative resolved the issue incredibly quickly, giving us compensation while still ensuring we caught the dolphins, and even providing breakfast (the dolphins were super cute!). The captain on the dolphin watching boat was also very kind; it was a really fun time. I noticed that our captain seemed to be the only one with a sound system! (We came with our own background music, hahaha) When we were taking photos, the captain even lent me his sunglasses and taught me how to pose, hahaha ššš. We saw dolphins several times in the morning, and I also went snorkeling and saw lots of small fish. The captain even brought bread, which attracted all the fish, and they all came over, hehe āļøĖ¶ā¹ź“ā¹Ė¶āļø. Everyone was very welcoming. I think Indonesia is really super fun, even though I had to travel a lot by car every day š. If I have the money and time in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here longer. I want to see what a slower pace of life is like.ā

The driver arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. He was friendly, attentive, drove smoothly, and patiently. We arrived at the pier at 6:30 pm. The captain was also fantastic, very experienced, and took us out to sea to watch dolphins. We saw dolphins many times. Thank you! [rose emoji]ā
