- Additional costs incurred due to force majeure, such as transportation delays, strikes, weather conditions, aircraft/mechanical failures, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.
- Hotel accommodation.
- Other items not included in the above "inclusions."
- (1) Optional attraction admission tickets: Travelers can choose whether to participate based on their preferences.
- (2) Lunch and dinner: Guests can choose to have group meals or select local cuisine on their own.
- A minimum of 4 euros per person per day in gratuities is required for the driver/guide.
- (4) The standard working hours for the driver-guide are 10 hours. An overtime fee of 50 EUR/hr (to be shared equally among tour participants) will apply for any additional time. Please settle the overtime payment directly with the driver-guide. In accordance with European passenger transport regulations, working hours must not exceed 12 hours. Thank you.

For optional activities (fees excluded), please cooperate with and follow the guide's itinerary arrangements, which shall take priority.
Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte is open for visits from March 15 to November 1, 2025. During winter when the château is closed, the alternative location is Moret-sur-Loing.
We recommend purchasing optional admission tickets in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed if bought from the guide on the day of the tour.
