A huge thank you to our tour guide, Lin, for accompanying us throughout the day. We were originally supposed to join a group tour, but because it wasn't a holiday, it ended up being a private trip for our family. Lin shared so much about Taiwan's local customs and culture, as well as the unique features of each attraction. Our Jiufen and Shifen Old Street & Shifen Waterfall day tour was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Visiting Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Waterfall all in one day was very well planned and not rushed. The scenery was beautiful—from the charming streets and local food in Jiufen, to the unique lantern experience in Shifen, and the impressive views at the waterfall. Everything flowed smoothly, making it a very enjoyable day. Our guide Lyndon was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He explained the history and stories behind each place, made sure everyone was comfortable, and kept the tour relaxed and fun. His guidance truly made the experience more meaningful and stress-free. He took photos too. Highly recommended if you want to see these iconic spots in one day with a great guide and a well-organized itinerary.

Our tour guide, Louis, was truly wonderful! 👍🏻 He answered all our questions, explained things clearly and simply, and even helped us with our luggage 🧳. He also provided other relevant information about the tour. 💡🫰🏻 The weather was fantastic that day ☀️ We took so many beautiful photos, visited all the must-see places, and did all the sightseeing we wanted. My mother is older and couldn't walk much towards the end, so the tour guide thoughtfully went to the parking lot 🅿️ to get the car and then drove it back to pick us up. It was so considerate, heartwarming, and touching 🥰�️. Thank you 😊 for giving us such wonderful memories and a great experience! 🫰🏻


