It was truly exciting and relaxing to take a mini cruise and see the city's monuments. A truly welcome drink was also included.

Reviews: From Budapest: Danube Bend Day Trip
Guest User2026-10-27
As a previous review stated, the tour was not done on a boat but on a coach bus. The ride on the bus really did not feel very long, we got to each location and had time to take pictures and look around. For me I think I prefer to be comfortable on the bus but I wish it was more clear that after the start of October the tour is changed. Our tour guide (dont remember the name) was really knowledgeable. As we were driving out of Budapest he was giving us history about many places, I liked this part. He also was repeating everything in Spanish, we coincidentally speak spanish too so that was nice for my mom. We ate at a restaurant near Visegrad and the food took really long to be served. Overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend to others!

Reviews: Half-day tour of Fisherman's Bastion + Matthias Church + Castle District in Budapest, Hungary|Guided tour
Guest User2026-10-03
Not bad, but you'll spend a fair amount of time just standing and listening to the guide. She tells the story from the very beginning of the people's migration. Her English is good and understandable, but overall, it sounds rote and rather boring.

Reviews: Buda Castle Hill Tour: Fisherman's Bastion & Matthias Church
Guest User2026-10-27
We enjoyed our tour with Ezster! She told us a lot about the history at each stop we made, as we made our way towards the church and the Fishermans Bastion. It was very crowded! We enjoyed the pace of the tour and she also included a stop at a bathroom which was free, pretty rare to find! We did not physically enter any building which felt a bit disappointing, I think the entrance to the church or something should potentially be included. Regardless, it was a good experience for us and hope it is for others that see this!
