Chef Fabio has prepared an exquisite menu complete with a Black Truffle “Carpaccio di Manzo”, 63°C Slow-Cooked Egg in Montasio fondue and Truffle caviar and a melt-in-your mouth Pan-Seared USA Sirloin with Black Truffle in a Porcini Mushroom Sauce and last but not least a crispy Crème Brûlée with Vanilla Black Truffle Ice Cream.
