A great experience for my teenage boy. He enjoys the whole experience ( we didn’t opt for costume) but still it was very enjoyable. We went for the Chinese performance. The food was alright, the best dish is the soup with fish maw, sea cucumber and abalone. Sharing some pics here.★

Xinghe Yue Banquet in Guangzhou is absolutely the top-tier immersive imperial-style dinner show! The ancient-style scene is full of atmosphere, with pavilions, elegant lighting and stunning views everywhere. The Hanfu dress-up and delicate styling make the experience even more immersive, perfect for taking beautiful photos.
The dishes feature authentic Cantonese imperial cuisine: the golden fish maw soup is rich and nourishing, the crispy pigeon is juicy and flavorful, and the abalone rice is fragrant and delicious. Each dish is exquisitely presented with great taste, combining beauty and quality.
The immersive performances throughout the dinner are breathtaking, including Cantonese opera, classical dance and traditional instrumental music. The professional performers interact perfectly with the dining rhythm, making you feel like attending a royal feast in ancient China.
The service is thoughtful and attentive, from seating guidance to dish introduction. The whole experience is smooth★

Was a bit confusing to redeem the tickets but there is a specific counter beside the west gate ticket office. Great experience, had complimentary access to the observation deck on 108 F. Food was average , not filling, views were amazing★

Compared to high-speed trains, my family and I much preferred taking the boat. It was especially convenient with our luggage; everything was packed and ready when we boarded, saving us the hassle of going to the airport. We were willing to spend the extra money, as comfort is paramount when traveling, and we were so glad we chose to travel by boat.★

Booked VIP (first row) tickets for my family and enjoyed the view. There were some interactions with the performers as well. Had a total of about 10 dishes, some of which tasted really delicious but some were underwhelming. Performances were interesting and we were allowed to take photos with the performers after the entire show.
