The guide was pleasant and advised us to go to a less crowded area. He was very polite. He also had a good car. We were just a family in the car, and the guide was very accommodating when we asked to stop at a grocery store along the way.★

Our guide, Julia, was very pleasant and shared many interesting facts, and I'm grateful to her for letting us see the square and garden without the crowds. You'll need to be prepared to arrive early, but trust me, it's worth it, as you'll have to go through security checks three or four times, depending on where you go. Bring snacks and water—it'll really help you last until the end.★

We really enjoyed everything; they drove us comfortably and showed us everything. The guide was excellent. He picked us up when we told him to. We had some issues with WeChat and couldn't register. Despite that, they still didn't cancel our reservation and communicated with us as best we could. The car was comfortable and clean. And the tour's locations were beautiful, unforgettable.
