The highest level of professionalism! He explained everything without even knowing the language. I want to express my deepest gratitude to our guide for a unique excursion. He found ways to convey information, pointed out details on maps, and communicated through a translator. Today's trip to the Temple of Heaven was exceptionally satisfying! Our guide, Shang, provided professional and engaging commentary, sharing many fascinating historical and cultural facts that we don't usually hear about. He also led us on a thorough tour of the Temple of Heaven's cultural relics exhibition, from which we learned a great deal. Although the scenic area was crowded, our guide was incredibly patient throughout, maintaining a comfortable pace and taking meticulous care of our entire family. His attentive and thoughtful service made for a fantastic and very enjoyable and meaningful trip!
