David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.

This was an amazing tour, Adil was very friendly and gave excellent advice. Be sure to research the weather for Hobbiton as it is a fully outdoor tour. Be prepared for a long day! Totally worth it!

Super well organised trip collection from CBD in comfortable mini bus. Beautiful drive out through countryside with comfort breaks both ways. Seamless entry to hobbiton which is incredibly well organised. It was very very busy so go off peak if you can. Having said that we had a gorgeous sunny day and enjoyed the lovely gardens of hobbiton which were in fulll bloom. Excellent tour guide on the bus (Ali) and in hobbiton (Hayden). You don’t get much time to soak things up on your now as you are always with the group so this is a mega touristy thing to do but it’s very well done. Enjoyed the complimentary drink in the green dragon too. The fully furnished hobbit house was really lovely. I’ve read all the books and it really did bring it to life with so may carefullly worked through details

Really more fun and interactive experience than I first thought. Seeing the beginning history to the now interactive kicking and agility tests was truly amazing. The part of simulation of standing on a stadium field in front of crowds watching the team do their inspirational Haka in surround sound was thrilling.

Our tour guide was the best! I do wish we knew Karekare Waterfalls was closed due to a storm in 2023. Overall completely thrilled about the experience.
