Our tour guide, Li Xue, was very professional and polite. Her explanations were engaging and clear, and she could describe the architecture of the Forbidden City, down to every brick and tile, in great detail, sharing many interesting stories. She also interacted with the group members during her explanations. Our family was very satisfied. I highly recommend hiring a guided tour when visiting the Forbidden City.★

The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.★

We participated in the tour on January 3, 2026. Our family was the only Japanese on the tour, but our guide, Naon, was very fluent in both English and Japanese and easy to understand. We were able to connect via LINE immediately after booking the tour, so we felt at ease knowing we could ask any questions we had right away. This was our first time in Busan, so we're really glad we signed up for this tour. We felt like we were able to cover almost all of Busan's tourist attractions on this tour.★

Super fun! The Aso crater is incredibly cold, so be sure to wear lots and lots of layers! Otherwise, you won't be able to stand for even five minutes. Kusanagi Senri is great; you can get up close to horses, browse souvenir shops, and drink delicious yogurt. The ginkgo leaves at the shrine are beautiful, carpeted with fallen leaves. I initially thought Kurokawa Onsen would be boring since I didn't plan to stay overnight, and going into the baths alone felt a bit too sedentary. But I found it very enjoyable to explore. There's plenty of time. Don't rush to the first free foot bath. You can buy a hot spring egg for 10 yen, then walk further in; there's a foot bath for 100 yen per person that's less crowded and has some scenery. You can also buy towels from vendors. After your foot bath, explore further; there's a cream puff shop where you can buy many sweets—a very unique place. The whole trip was quite relaxing and not too rushed. Remember to bring some coins to buy eggs and foot baths at Kurokawa. You can also pray at the shrine!
