The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

We queued at the JR Green Counter at Narita Airport to exchange our tickets. We asked the female employee scanning the queue to confirm if we could exchange our tickets there, and she said yes. However, when we got to the counter, the staff said we couldn't exchange them there and had to go to the JR East Travel Service Center across the street. But that center didn't open until 8:30 AM, so we had to wait in line again. We saw many other travelers walking around in queues like us. Fortunately, the staff at the JR East Travel Service Center were very efficient and quickly processed our ticket exchange. They even asked if we had our travel plans and helped us reserve seats for our flights from the airport to Tokyo Station and from Tokyo Station to Echigo-Yuzawa, which was very thoughtful. The ticket price was excellent value, and we were generally satisfied, although the ticket exchange process was a bit confusing.★

Scuba diving was an incredible experience! It felt quite extreme at first, but I managed to dive into the sea, and I’m really proud of myself. My husband and I bought a meal ticket to visit Din Tai Fung while traveling in Taiwan! When we visited, the normal wait was 40-50 minutes, but with the meal ticket, we were seated in just 20 minutes! We ordered the special course with the most variety, and we both enjoyed it so much that we ordered more :) Everything was delicious and satisfying, so I recommend buying meal tickets in advance to reduce your wait time!!
