The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.

I was extremely satisfied with this trip to the Forbidden City! Our guide, Zhang, provided professional and detailed explanations, effortlessly weaving historical anecdotes into the story, avoiding a rote recitation and making the red walls and yellow tiles vivid and engaging. The route was well-planned, the pace comfortable, and he was patient and attentive throughout, reminding us of photo spots and tips for avoiding peak hours.
