We queued at the JR Green Counter at Narita Airport to exchange our tickets. We asked the female employee scanning the queue to confirm if we could exchange our tickets there, and she said yes. However, when we got to the counter, the staff said we couldn't exchange them there and had to go to the JR East Travel Service Center across the street. But that center didn't open until 8:30 AM, so we had to wait in line again. We saw many other travelers walking around in queues like us. Fortunately, the staff at the JR East Travel Service Center were very efficient and quickly processed our ticket exchange. They even asked if we had our travel plans and helped us reserve seats for our flights from the airport to Tokyo Station and from Tokyo Station to Echigo-Yuzawa, which was very thoughtful. The ticket price was excellent value, and we were generally satisfied, although the ticket exchange process was a bit confusing.★

It was my first time taking a night bus, and it was a very different experience. The customer service staff were also very friendly, offering many options for you to choose from and letting you re-operate. The only downside was that as a big kid, it was a little hard for me to fall asleep.★

I was extremely satisfied with my Hakone trip! The weather was fantastic throughout, the scenery was beautiful, and I even got to try black eggs. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing ample time at most attractions without feeling rushed. The tour guide was very enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous; his explanations were engaging, and his service was exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended!★

Joining a small group of 9 for a one-day tour of Mount Fuji, the driver managed the time perfectly throughout, and with the weather cooperating, we had a wonderful time at all six attractions! A huge thumbs up to the driver!
Unfortunately, the driver wasn't a professional tour guide, and we, sitting in the back, couldn't hear him clearly about every location and meeting time, which was a small disappointment.★

I had such an amazing trip to Mount Fuji! The weather was absolutely perfect that day, Mount Fuji looked so clear and majestic. I was able to take beautiful photos at every single spot. Truly one of the best views I’ve ever seen!
Special thanks to Dragon, our travel guide, who shared so much interesting information about the history of Mount Fuji. It made the experience even more meaningful and not just about sightseeing.

Just a small suggestion for next time, it would be great if there were some light snacks or complimentary drinks provided, especially for guests who didn’t prepare anything, since the trip doesn’t include a formal meal time in the schedule.
