The tour guide was the nicest guide I've had so far. He explained a lot and was generally very personable; I immediately felt comfortable. The tour itself was also very interesting and enjoyable. We had plenty of time everywhere, and lunch was very good. However, the tour does actually last longer than 7 hours, which I didn't mind at all. Highly recommended! :)★

The guide and driver were great, however the trails to the lower part were closed, only the access to the bridge was open.★

Good overall experience for someone who wants to see a lot in one day. However, There could be a more focused version of this trip offered with only the Ananuri, lunch, Friendship monument and the Gergetti church as stopping points. The lunch could also be pre ordered when everyone gets in the van at the beginning of the trip to make this a faster process. roughly 1 hour could have been saved by not stopping at the first stop and the two rivers, as well as cutting lunch by 30 minutes. More time at the important sights add a lot more value to this trip.Trip.com Picks
