I've booked a day trip to this attraction twice over the years, only to be informed the day before the trip that the group couldn't form and had to be refunded. This time, the itinerary was adjusted for Friday, and I successfully booked it again at 9:50 PM. I contacted the tour guide promptly and arrived at the pick-up point early Saturday morning. The itinerary was tight, but thankfully, the minibus was half Chinese and half English, so everyone could understand. Everyone was very punctual, and despite the drizzle, the visit was still very rewarding. The tour guide and driver were both very dedicated and had a good rapport, leaving a positive overall impression.★

I highly recommend this excursion. It's a truly beautiful place. When we booked tickets for this trip, it said temple, lake, waterfall, and CABLE CAR! This particular vendor offered the most expensive trip because the cable car was included in the price! But on the bus, we were told it wouldn't be available! Why did they change the route without notifying us? Also, they gave us very little time to explore the lake, only 15 minutes! The trip was poorly organized.
