We purchased this service for the first time at Nha Trang Airport. We were connected via WA, and we were met quickly and placed in the general queue, but at the front. Overall, there wasn't much need for this service at this airport, as the queue was short. The service doesn't cover security.

We booked this private tour and it was fun. Tour guide was professional and showed up on time and was communicative beforehand. We went to marble mountain first and he allowed time for us to take photos and even helped us to take group photos. Then we went to hoi an coconut village first. That was super fun. It wasnt as crowded as we thought and the boat riders were funny. I find hoi an ancient town to be rushed. It was packed in the main tourist area where they had lantern but you cant see anything in the dark. I dont recommend doing the lantern thing. Photo was hard to take from your mobile as it was dark. Overall it was a good experience with my friends.
