Mandy gave us a day trip around downtown Los Angeles. ☺️ I was initially hesitant about booking a private car service through Ctrip, but after spending the whole day with Mandy, all my worries disappeared. 🥺🙂😍 She's not only beautiful and kind-hearted, but also professional, meticulous, and responsible, always putting the needs of her guests first, making us feel like friends and at home. The itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, efficient and fulfilling without feeling rushed, resulting in a fantastic overall experience. 😘👌 The entire trip was clearly and thoughtfully planned, giving me peace of mind throughout. The reservation representative ask where we wanted to go to for our 6 hour ride, once he was informed, he explained to us how to get there safely, how to maximize the power of the electric bikes to have use for the trip there and back. It was very useful and we truly enjoyed the ride and appreciated the advice, it work like a charm!
