in general, there is no negativity. but if we had been picked up from the hotel at 9 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. then we would have been able to watch more shows in the park. as it was, the driver arrived at 10 a.m. sharp. as it was written in the updated booking information. It was previously indicated at 9 a.m. He carefully drove me to the safari park, provided entrance tickets and a food coupon, gave me a map of the park and a show schedule. managed to see almost all the animals (not too impressive in general, compared to Abu Dhabi's Marine Park, for example) and get to the dolphin show. then there was a train ride through the safari park.★

Driver contacted me one day before to confirm the pick up time, he even reached our hotel earlier & informed me his location as he leave home earlier to avoid jam. The experience on his ride is very good as he drive very carefully & steady, smooth journey for us as a premium trip for us. We were giving free cold drinking water as he knew we must felt hot after the visit of Safari World, very thoughtful driver. 5 stars rated for him!★

We have a great experience at the Safari Park and Marine World. Our daughter really enjoyed it, as well us too. However, if you planned to visit in the future, we recommend as early as 8 am, you need to go there. We're not able to watch the elephant show and orangutan show because our schedule is 9 am. The food is ok and not bad, it's international buffet. The driver is good and he allowed to open the window of his car, so we really enjoyed it.★

Our driver, Mr TUM, was so nice! He drives us to the animal zone and move slowly, allowing us to enjoy the moment to take photos, videos freely with zebras, giraffes, tigers, lions and so much more! After taking us to the entrance of the Safari World, he let us to play til closing time of the zoo. The experience for visiting Safari World with my family is great!★

I booked the tour.In 15-20 minutes they texted me to confirm the pick up and drop off point. Overall the tour was good. The guide spoke in Chinese and next in English. We had visited the palace and three ruined temples ( they are amazing !!!!). I had good experience. They treated us to a traditional crepe with cotton candy filling. Thank you.
