Reviews: 2-Hour Milford Sound Scenic Cruise
Guest User2024-09-30
We absolutely loved our cruise with Mitre Peak! The boat was clean and we were very pleased when we got on board and saw how well maintained the chairs and tables were. Who needs a lunch buffet when all you really want to do is look at the beautiful views outside. We were so lucky to have had a partially sunny day, the falls were still flowing and we sa bottle nose dolphins, 1 cute as penguin and 3 fur seals. The commentary from the captain was great and informative. Top tip take something to eat as there is no food for sale but there is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We took instant cup noodles and used the hot water that was available.
Reviews: Wellington's Original LOTR Experience - includes Weta and Lunch

Marc was the most amazing host. He was an extra on LOTR and has many interesting stories to tell as well as a behind-the-scenes knowledge of the filming locations. Every location was stunningly beautiful and I had a blast. Highly recommend Marc and this tour.

The tour guide was great and took us to some lovely viewing areas for some fab photos. The cable car was great and I even managed to buy an Edmond’s Baking Book with all the best New Zealand recipes in it!!!
Reviews: Spectacular Wellington: Half Day Private Sightseeing Tour

Had a lovely day seeing the sights of Wellington with Suzee. Given the fact that the weather was overcast and raining, most of the tour, Suzee brought her sunny personality to help make our day fun. From the beginning, when I first booked the tour, Suzee was great with communicating. I've never had a tour guide be as organized as Suzee. I knew exactly what to expect when we would arrive at our tour destination. On tour day, she was on time and waiting for us at the port. We were able to get a good insight of the workings of Wellington with all of her knowledge. Our parting gift, CHOCOLATES from Whittakers and a shopping bag, was a nice touch. I highly recommend this tour and would do it again. Thank you Suzee for making our day special and entertaining.
Reviews: Wellington: Guided Sightseeing Tour by Electric Bike
Guest User2026-03-02
A great small group e-bike tour with the added bonus of a cruise ship pick-up. The e-bikes were of good quality, and the shop offered a selection of jackets available to guests for use on the tour. Our guide, Tara, was extremely friendly and personable. She provided beautiful stories woven through our tour, which offered insight into the history and culture of Wellington. The majority of the tour was on cycle paths, which were super easy to navigate and felt safe. The tour concluded with homemade ice cream—perfect. Overall, a great tour through parts of Wellington which you wouldn’t normally see.

Definitely a must when in Wellington! We had so much fun, great food/ wine and the activity program was very well organized. We saw the highlights of the region including the incredible NZ fur seals - all without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Our guide did an excellent job. Would recommend this tour to everyone. Ivona
