I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming. He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip. If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my driver, Krisna, who turned out to be such a wonderful person! This was my first time hiring a private driver in Bali, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Even though my English isn't perfect, we had amazing conversations, laughed a lot, and joked around throughout the day. I had such a blast - in fact, the day I spent with Krisna was genuinely one of my absolute favorite days in Bali! I managed to visit almost every place on my bucket list and got so many incredible photos. Krisna helped me out in so many ways, kept my spirits high, and was just an all-around kind, amazing guy. By the end of the trip, I actually felt a little sad saying goodbye! But I really hope to return to Bali soon so we can explore Ubud together again and finish the rest of our itinerary! 😁😁 Krisna, thank you so much for everything - you made my Bali experience so much brighter and more beautiful! This trip was very well-organized, covering several popular attractions. The pace was reasonable, not too rushed, allowing for ample time to visit and explore. The driver was excellent, driving smoothly throughout and providing a comfortable ride. He was exceptionally warm and friendly, always greeting passengers with a smile and offering assistance when getting on and off the bus. Overall, the trip was relaxing and enjoyable, and I was very satisfied.

This product is truly amazing! The actual experience closely matches the description. The tour group is mainly comprised of European and American tourists, with relatively few Chinese participants. You can book pick-up and drop-off directly with the company; the price is reasonable. The speedboat is a luxury private yacht, and each group has a maximum of 14 people. The morning is spent at sea, snorkeling at three different spots, each with slightly different highlights. After lunch, we went to Elf Cliff to see the azure waters, and the final snorkeling stop featured many manta rays. I want to emphasize safety, which is my biggest concern when snorkeling, especially since I'm practically a non-swimmer. The captain, leader, and instructors of this local snorkeling company were all very disciplined and professional. After putting on life jackets 🦺, we followed the instructor's lifebuoy 🛟, and everyone in the group was generally within the instructor's and safety officer's line of sight. The boat also constantly monitored the area around us for emergency assistance. Overall, it felt very safe, and I had a great time.

We didn't want to get up early for this trip, so we chose a hotel in Lovina ourselves. However, we didn't figure out the hotel's shuttle service, and as the time approached, we realized we could only take a taxi, which turned out to be incredibly expensive, costing at least 500 NTD. I then asked the customer service representative for help, and she helped us find a cheaper car, saving us some money. There was a little mishap with the dolphin watching – the driver overslept and forgot (which is perfectly understandable), making us wait for an hour. But the customer service representative resolved the issue incredibly quickly, giving us compensation while still ensuring we caught the dolphins, and even providing breakfast (the dolphins were super cute!). The captain on the dolphin watching boat was also very kind; it was a really fun time. I noticed that our captain seemed to be the only one with a sound system! (We came with our own background music, hahaha) When we were taking photos, the captain even lent me his sunglasses and taught me how to pose, hahaha 😁😁😁. We saw dolphins several times in the morning, and I also went snorkeling and saw lots of small fish. The captain even brought bread, which attracted all the fish, and they all came over, hehe ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎. Everyone was very welcoming. I think Indonesia is really super fun, even though I had to travel a lot by car every day 🚗. If I have the money and time in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here longer. I want to see what a slower pace of life is like.
