It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.★

The point-to-point service was very convenient, from the hotel in Hong Kong to the hotel in Macau, and the entire customs clearance was also very fast. I would definitely take this bus again next time I have the chance.★

Communication was friendly and very convenient. I believe it is the most reasonable and best mode of transportation for traveling within the Guangdong region with large groups or elderly passengers! The car is excellent and comfortable, and I was so satisfied overall that I used it again on this trip. I recommend that Koreans traveling between Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau book in advance rather than trying to pick up a vehicle on the spot, as this ensures a comfortable journey. I even booked the day before without any issues!★

Customer service was online throughout, responding extremely quickly, and handling any unexpected situations promptly and efficiently. The driver was very professional, polite, and friendly, with steady driving skills, making the entire journey safe and comfortable. The vehicle was in excellent condition, kept spotless inside and out. Point-to-point pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, without delaying my trip at all. I was extremely satisfied with this car service experience; it was excellent value for money, and I will definitely use it again for future trips!
