Reviews: Stonehenge half-day tour from London - bookable for 1 person with inner circle experience upgrade & air-conditioned bus
Guest User2026-05-12
Due to flight issues, I booked a half-day tour to Stonehenge, and this was the only English-language tour available, my first time trying one. It was very interesting! Very satisfied! The round trip was about 2 hours, and the Stonehenge visit itself was about 1 hour and 40 minutes, which was more than enough. Although the journey was long, the driver and guide provided information about the buildings, hospitals, hotels, supermarkets, good wines, and good coffee along the way (and if your English is okay, the driver and guide also had many British jokes to keep you entertained), so it wasn't boring. I saw some comments mentioning a problem with Ctrip's location tracking, but I didn't see it there. Just look for "Platform 8," it's very accurate, and punctuality is always important!

Reviews: Stonehenge + Bath 1-day tour|Sufficient tour duration|Multiple packages available
Guest User2026-10-11
The day's itinerary was well-planned, not too rushed, with ample time for each attraction, allowing for a relaxed visit to Stonehenge and Bath. Our guide, Jason, not only provided extensive historical information about the sites but also shared related historical stories and anecdotes along the way, offering a wealth of insights into British culture and history. Meetings and departures were always punctual, and the driver, Abby (not sure if I remembered her name correctly), drove smoothly. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Reviews: Half-day tour to Stonehenge from London, UK [Single traveler booking available + includes admission ticket and snacks + English guide]
Guest User2025-07-28
I booked the tour the day before, and I'm glad I was able to join. We were given a light snack at the beginning and then headed to Stonehenge. We started from a parking lot near the Stonehenge Visitor Center, so it took about 30 minutes to walk to the actual site. There was a shuttle bus available, but since we had some time before the meeting point, we walked and enjoyed the scenery. It seemed like it would be difficult to get there by public transport, so I was very glad we could use the bus. Unfortunately, the guide seemed discriminatory or perhaps just shy, as when I asked for a ticket he asked if I wanted one, and then ignored me on the way back.
