An unexpectedly wonderful experience! The travel agency, SA Tour, and our guide, Yamy, made excellent arrangements. They made sure to note our requests beforehand, and even sent a WhatsApp group message before departure to inform us of the itinerary and things to watch out for. Yamy's arrangements and explanations on the day were meticulous and attentive, making it a wonderful day trip. The guide and the itinerary deserve full marks! The alpacas were adorable, the bicycles and miniature train were fun, and there was ample time for sightseeing. Nami Island is beautiful and relaxing, with many small animals and trees; walking and cycling are very pleasant. The only downside is to be prepared for traffic on the return trip, which took over two hours. Overall, however, the trip was fulfilling, fun, and the scenery was beautiful, with a great guide. Full marks! Thank you so much, Yamy, for the arrangements. Very good!★

Zero is beautiful and kind-hearted. I completely don't understand why she said some tourists commented that she wasn't good-looking but was professional—she's clearly very beautiful! She's fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, a professional tour leader, and has a dry sense of humor. The trip was excellent value for money. The miniature train was fun too; I loved watching Winter Sonata as a child, so this was a dream come true. At Petite France, the kids had a blast on the inflatable slides, and the adults took great photos. At the end of the trip, we even went to Hongdae to listen to music. Overall, it was a perfect, incredibly enriching, and unforgettable trip.★

The Korean tour guide spoke fluent Chinese, was humorous and attentive throughout the trip, and provided professional sharing. The time allotted for each attraction was just right, and there was plenty of time in the afternoon on Nami Island. If you are planning a trip to Nami Island, remember to bring your swimsuit or an extra set of clothes to enjoy water activities.★

A very fun and fulfilling day trip! Thank you to our guide, Lanson, for his attentive care. There were both Chinese and foreigners in the group, and he explained everything in both languages – truly remarkable! He even helped us arrange lunch in advance so we could have hot Chuncheon-style stir-fried chicken right after our Ice Valley tour. The strawberries in Korea during winter are absolutely delicious – big and sweet, definitely worth picking and enjoying! Skiing was also a lot of fun. Ellishian Ski Resort has slopes suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skiers, as well as gentle slopes for beginners to practice on. Although it was my first time skiing, I gradually got the hang of it and found it incredibly enjoyable. Overall, the itinerary and service were excellent, and I would definitely recommend this trip to my friends who want to ski next time!
