Matt was awesome. The staff at the pickup point was rude and unfriendly. She should be working in a dark basement somewhere but not with people. The cruise and food were great. Aside from the bus was old and worn, this was a great experience.

Beanie, (Almandine? - not sure on spelling sorry, it’s French). You were amazing! Very knowledgeable. I felt very safe and you give off a happy and confident vibe. You obviously love what you do!! The tour bus was excellent. The food provided was tasty and fresh. We had great snack and bathroom stops. Excellent views and stops for picture taking. The cruise was fabulous. It goes right up to waterfalls and stops so we can take photos of wildlife. We saw seals. We had a lovely, friendly group. It’s a long day but it honestly flew by and they seemed like new friends by the end if it. I have a tonne of photos and amazing memories. Thank you. I highly recommend. From the half Aussie, half kiwi. 🩵 10/10. I would do it again.

The outbound journey was very fulfilling. The scenery along the way was breathtaking; the fjords resembled the Three Gorges or the Li River, but the waterfalls cascading down the cliffs were truly unique. For the return trip, we opted for a separately paid small plane. While we shouldn't have received a discount on the tour fee since we didn't use the return bus, this wasn't arranged.

The actual itinerary matched the description. The driver/guide was very energetic and took good care of everyone on the way. The weather was great the day we went.
