Reviews: Geneva: Annecy, the Venice of the Alps and Geneva City Tour
Guest User2026-09-13
Very relaxing, and enjoyed the free time to explore the town with Antoine (Tony) as our guide, who lives in Annecy. Was a bit tight on time to do some activities in the water; nevertheless, we appreciated the time needed to slow down with a promenade by lake Annecy and have lunch locally with savoury crepes!

From start to finish Gabrielle was courteous, communicative and provided us with great details about our journey to Annecy.

This tour provided us with a great overview of Geneva. The guide was excellent in explaining the city’s history and its connection to the United Nations. The mini-train ride is definitely a highlight. However, since it’s a Hop-on Hop-off bus tour, I felt there weren’t enough stops to properly see some of the city’s main landmarks.
