A perfect day trip! Pick-up and drop-off were punctual. The driver, Suzuki, was handsome, talkative, and a skilled driver; he was also a good photographer. The itinerary was well-planned, but we encountered heavy fog and light rain, so we couldn't see anything on Mount Omuro. I would recommend it to friends.

Today's itinerary was perfect! Especially this morning, I accidentally set the wrong alarm and was completely out of luck for the trip, but the kind driver still came to pick me up. I'm so grateful for his help! On the way, he also gave us a detailed explanation of some basic facts about Izu, Tokyo, and Japan, which greatly broadened our horizons for our trip! The driver was highly skilled, the car was clean and tidy, and the ride was excellent!

The tour guide provided professional and clear explanations, and took meticulous care of everyone, worried that we might get sunburned or tired while queuing. He also thoughtfully reminded us where to take photos. He was friendly and fun, and the driver drove very steadily. It was the most wonderful day trip we have ever experienced!

The pass is amazing! It covers tons of transportation for free, from buses (including the one to the outlet mall) to the pirate ship, the cogwheel train, and the cable car. It's super convenient for getting around, and the Hakone and Shonan area is absolutely gorgeous and worth exploring from top to bottom. 100% recommended!

Purchasing the JR TOKYO Wide Pass was honestly one of the best decisions for my Japan trip! Instead of buying individual train tickets for every journey, I could enjoy unlimited rides on eligible JR trains within the pass's coverage area for three consecutive days. Since I planned to visit places outside central Tokyo, such as Kawaguchiko and other destinations, it helped make transportation planning much easier. Like other Have Fun passes, this is a good way to save money if you choose your seats wisely. However, the price is a bit steep. There are literally five seats available out of the available ones.
