Reviews: Nostalgic train 1-day tour to Lamphun in Thailand
Guest User2026-10-10
My wife and I enjoyed the outing. We were guided by Peter who was fantastic as he spoke fluid English and Mandarin. The driver was good as well. The nostalgic train ride was very interesting. It did take a long time for the train to depart the train station. We were breathing in quite a bit of diesel while we were waiting. The terra-cotta garden, along with the monuments and temple, and the water temple was fantastic. It was something that we’ve never seen before and it was very interesting. The long an noodle soup was good. Our first time having this type of noodle beef. We will recommend this package for others.

Reviews: Chiang Mai Night Safari 1-day tour [shared transfer]

The driver was very punctual. We booked a 5 PM departure time and arrived at the zoo around 6:30 PM. We went straight to see the wildlife show, then took a mini-train to see the herbivores and carnivores. The experience was quite good, although the commentary was only in English, and we only understood about half of it. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to explore the walking area. It would be better to book an earlier departure time, such as 3 PM, for a more complete experience.

Reviews: DOI INTHANON National Park with Waterfall and Hilltribe village

Well-built itinerary. We expected rain during the trip. The guide stopped at a 7/11 at the outskirt of the city, so we could buy the rain coats and use the restrooms. Lunch was included in the Itinerary and was simple - rice, omelets, grilled chicken, stir-fried veggies and soup with 1 bottle of water. We could not see the twin pagodas as they were mist over. Overall it was a nice trip in the monsoon season.
