We made last minutes bookings on big 40 seats bus as other private vehicles are fully booked on Trip.com we are happy with it as it does the job taking us to Huanglong train station, starts 8:40 AM and get to station 11:10 AM. A night b4 departure Trip.com contact me via email and WeChat to provide me information and bus licence plate which makes easy to locate the bus. Bus driver will ask for the last 4 digit of mobile phone number which we used for booking as validation. Overall happy with service

I booked a car from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou and back from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong with the same company. The drivers were different, but both were reliable. Driver 8682F on the outbound trip drove a clean and tidy vehicle, drove smoothly, and dropped me off at the hotel. Very good.

Although there were a few minor hiccups during the trip, the customer service staff handled them very well, and the overall experience was excellent. Huanglong Scenic Area is truly beautiful; I felt I could have stayed a little longer to fully enjoy it.

The bus departed on time but due to the heavy traffic we had to stop for a moment until we could continue our journey. The duration was around 2:30 hours from the train station to Jiuzhaigou
