This is the best value-for-money tour. We received a 15% discount, rode the cable car to see the magnificent natural scenery, got two free beers, rode fun rides, and explored a beautiful European-style village. The Bana Hills Golden Bridge was especially fantastic. Guide Lee explained the itinerary very kindly, and the program ran smoothly thanks to his clear communication. If you want to create unforgettable memories in Da Nang, I highly recommend participating in this program.★

The arrangements made by Trip were superb. We particularly enjoyed the alpine coaster which we bought as an additional ticket through Trip. The golden bridge and the view were really good but extremely crowded. I would not recommend the 4 seasons restaurant as it was noisy and over a few floors, and just too many people all trying to get food. There was a long queue to get into. I would suggest avoiding it.★

The excursion was amazing; we loved it so much that we took it a second time. We were picked up from our hotel in Da Nang and taken by transport to Hoi An. There, we waited for the boat and then went to the island. We walked around the island a bit, explored the local sights, and then went snorkeling. We were given masks and vests and about an hour of free snorkeling. The reef was beautiful, with lots of different fish. Of course, everything depends on the weather; for example, on the first day, we saw more marine life than on the second, as the sea was less calm. However, it didn't spoil the experience. Then we went for lunch; it was very filling and delicious, and we had an hour free to walk around and swim. Finally, we were dropped off at the hotel; everything was great.★

Everything went almost according to schedule. The itinerary didn't include a stop at a silk farm. In my opinion, that was a waste of time, especially since the trip itself was only half a day. Because of this, we departed from the pier at about 9:20 instead of 9:00. Otherwise, everything was as described in the itinerary.★

Everything went perfectly. Our guide, Kelvin, was wonderful. He explained everything perfectly. If we didn't understand right away, as the group was English-speaking and we were non-English speakers, he quickly sorted everything out for us and helped us. The trip was fascinating. We had so many impressions. Thank you!!!
