We had a good time on our trip with tour guide Jasper. He called me the day before to give us directions for the pickup point and his phone number in case we had any questions. On the drive to Niagara Falls he would point out different places and give us some background information about it. There were other people on the tour who spoke Chinese but he is fluent in both English and Mandarin . Any questions we had, he was able to answer quickly. At the falls he had all the tickets for us which expedited our entrance to the attractions. Also, he was always able to park close to the entrance so we didn’t have far to walk. Because our Airbnb was on the way back to our pickup point, he was so kind to drop us off there instead. All in all, we had a great experience with Jasper.

We had to queue in a rather long line, which thankfully moved steadily and the wait was shorter than expected. On the return journey, the bus broke down and we had to change to a replacement bus on the motorway. This made the return trip take almost four hours.

Okay, meeting at the Hard Rock Cafe sounds a bit odd, doesn't it? 🤔 Our guide was named Brian, and he quickly cleared things up. We then hiked from the Hard Rock Cafe towards Niagara Falls, stopping at several points along the way where Brian had something to tell us. We really appreciated that Brian always had something to say or answer our questions. After about 45 minutes, we were on our boat and could enjoy the sight of Niagara Falls with plenty of water all around us. 😅 We paid around €50 per person, which was perfectly reasonable (and of course, we didn't forget the tip for Brian!).
