It was a very convenient tour group. The tour guide was a very nice and energetic young man from Shandong.
The whole trip was a little tiring because there was hiking and the pace at each attraction was a bit rushed.
But everything was still quite convenient. Thank you to the tour guide, you worked so hard!★

Thanks to the meticulous attention of our tour guide, Mr. Dan, we had a wonderful day. Although we were the only Japanese people on the tour, his explanations were easy to understand, and he shared stories related to the shrine, making for a unique sightseeing experience. The timing was just right. There were toilet breaks both on the way there and back. This was my first time participating in a day trip, but I would like to use this service again in other places. The only downside was that the bus driver was a bit reckless, which was a little scary.★

Excellent guide by Miss Kong ! she is very knowledgeable, friendly and funny ! very clear on all instructions and to me the highlight of our kyushu trip. The reason i chose this trip was due to the difficult public transportation but this tour make it possible for it to be done in one day ! the driving was enjoyable , toilet breaks mentioned by Ms Kong all the time, she also gave heads up if the weather in Mt Aso is good or not. If not good the trip to Mt Aso crater might be cancelled but thankfully the weather was good, and its not anybodys fault if the weather is bad ! Ms Kong speak mainly chinese and due to my limited language she does her best to speak English at times , and we really appreciate her effort. I would definetly recommend this tour to everybody that wants a full Mt Aso tour that leaves from Kumamoto ! FYI i bring a 5 year old and she did enjoy it very much also !★

Our tour guide, Ms. Zhuo, was incredibly genuine, with a wonderful personality and a straightforward nature. Unlike other tour guides who are often driven by self-interest, she genuinely shared the best local food and attractions with us.
The entire trip was very relaxing and perfectly planned, making for a smooth day. We avoided traffic jams and didn't waste any time. It was the luckiest trip of our entire trip, and I'd love to see her again!
The driver was also a wonderful presence, providing enthusiastic and engaging explanations that were especially entertaining.★

It had been a long time since I'd joined a tour group, but this time I booked one for my trip to Japan.
