Our tour guide, Victoria, was absolutely fantastic! Her trilingual (Chinese, English, Japanese) explanations were amazing, and she was incredibly patient in answering questions. It was a truly wonderful trip!!! Thanks to her, the trip was amazing!!!
The itinerary was also very well-planned; we had plenty of time in Otaru to properly explore each place.
Especially in Hokkaido, a place with limited transportation but abundant natural beauty, choosing this tour was a wise decision! The bus was so convenient; I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give it 5 at most. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!★

The itinerary was well-organized and punctual. The tour leader provided insightful explanations and introductions to the attractions in three languages! Fortunately, it was a weekday, so we only had about 30-40 minutes at each attraction. It would have been much faster if there were more people! This day trip was very convenient for families like ours with elderly members or young children!★

If you go to Hokkaido in autumn, you absolutely must visit Jozankei! It's so beautiful! Because of transportation issues, we booked a day tour, which was incredibly convenient. It wasn't tiring at all, even with elderly relatives. Our guide, Yoshi, speaks Chinese, Japanese, and English, and patiently answered all our questions. He even prepared some Jozankei snacks for us. Our whole family had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!
