1. To avoid delays, please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes early. For Guangzhou to Hong Kong Airport tickets, we recommend booking a departure time slot at least 5–6 hours in advance to prevent missing your flight. For return trips from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou, since the departure time slot needs to be confirmed, we advise passengers to contact us to book the departure time slot only after their flight has landed at Hong Kong Airport to avoid missing the shuttle due to flight delays.

2. After receiving the confirmation SMS, redeem your ticket using the SMS to board. (Please keep your ticket safe throughout the journey as it will be checked before boarding). For round-trip tickets, both departure and return tickets will be issued at the pick-up point. Please keep your tickets safe as lost tickets cannot be used for travel.

3. Passengers taking the China-Hong Kong Express will need to disembark for customs clearance. After completing the clearance, proceed to the designated boarding area to continue your journey. Please consult the on-site staff or follow the instructions for the specific boarding location.

For passengers booking Guangzhou to Hong Kong Airport, the vehicle type for transfer at Shenzhen Bay Port is arranged according to the actual situation of the bus company on the day, and a business class vehicle cannot be guaranteed.

5. The Company shall not be liable for any losses or responsibilities arising from delays in the original itinerary caused by the shuttle bus failing to depart, operate, and/or arrive as scheduled due to immigration delays, road conditions, traffic accidents, or any other reasons.

7. Our agency sells tickets for the China-Hong Kong through train service, ensuring their validity, but seat numbers cannot be specified.

8. Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage. Additional pieces will incur a fee collected by the on-site staff of China Hong Kong Express. The specific fee is subject to the on-site staff's discretion and is not related to our company.

Note: Additional surcharges for the China-Hong Kong Express during special holidays will be announced separately.

Special note: At Shenzhen Bay Port, you'll need to transfer vehicles before heading to your destination, so you'll be sharing transfer with passengers going to different destinations. There may also be waiting periods until the vehicle is full before departure. We appreciate your understanding.
