The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends 😁 They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. You’ll pay ¥150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge there’s an extra ¥70 yuan for elevator used but it’s optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but it’s was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state I’ll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing I’m ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance 💃 Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended 💯★

The driver was very good with us using translator apps to communicate wihich we really appreciated we stopped at a viewing platform on the way which was nice. Arrived at the Gorge and decided to buy Elevatot ticket which saved some time climbing down and up. We were gives two hours to explore which we felt was more than enough as we couldn’t get over the otherside maybe that was for Shangjiao-La side we didn’t know. Had some lunch and headed back for 2pm overall great experience★

Tight itinerary but made sure you could see what you needed to see in a day. Disappointed with the provided meal as thought you would be eating in a local person’s home/local food with an explanation of what it was but it wasn’t that. Amazing scenery though!★

A very good and convenient tour! The tour guide 张云孙 Zhang Yun-sun was amazing, I don’t speak Chinese so he was very helpful with me, he was looking for me and using the traductor to help me to understand! The price is very good because you can go to all the places in a very convenient car, also the timing of the intinerary is very good. In fact, my tour group was a little bit slow than it was expected and he changed everything for our group and wait for us to be more convenient. He is a really nice guy and I really recommend this, it’s very safe and convenient for any kind of travelers, mostly for the solo travelers!!! Highly recommend!!! ✨✨🙌🏻★

The most unforgettable part of this trip to Lijiang and Shangri-La was the warmth brought by our driver/guide. You were not just a guide, but also a guardian of the stories of this pristine land—when you recounted the origins of Tibetan Buddhism at Songzanlin Monastery, when you explained the changing scenery with the seasons during our journey around Napa Lake, when you offered us steaming hot butter tea and barley wine, every detail warmed the landscape.
You eased our travel fatigue with humor, explained the true meaning of "Shangri-La" with your professional knowledge, perfectly planned the itinerary, and, most importantly, showed us the most genuine connections between people through the simple kindness of the Naxi people. This journey transcended mere scenery and became a spiritual cleansing because of you. This kindness will warm our memories for a long time to come.★
