I was concerned as this was my first time using this service. It was smooth and efficient and am incredible value. We did the Science Center, the Exploratorium, and the Cruise. All excellent. The pdf tickets they provided scanned with no issue at the sites. We had short time in town and bought knowing we would only use 3 of 4 but it was still an excellent value and very convenient skipping the ticket lines. I recommend these guys highly which is good since I starter with a concern. You can buy with no concern.★

Our driver Bob (Rob?) always gives us a tidbit here and there, although at first his Mic and the AC is not working properly, but in the end we get back to San Francisco smoothly
