Only valid for slow ferries between Athens (Piraeus Port) and Santorini (Thira Port).

1. There is only one cruise from Athens to Santorini daily, and only one from Santorini to Athens; please plan your travel time accordingly.

2. If you fail to board the boat on time or lose your boat ticket due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded and you will be responsible for any related costs.

3. In the event of force majeure circumstances such as weather or political factors, the shipping company reserves the right to delay or deviate from the regular route to ensure passenger safety. Our company shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from such actions.

4. If the ferry service is canceled due to force majeure factors, you can reschedule or request a refund, subject to the ferry company's actual regulations.

5. Boat types vary depending on the route on the day of travel and are subject to actual availability.

6. Baggage: Passengers should place their baggage in designated ship areas as instructed by crew members. Each passenger is entitled to carry up to 50 kg or 1 cubic meter of free baggage. Stored baggage must not contain valuables.

The company is responsible for damage or loss of checked baggage on board, provided the guest has handed it over for safekeeping and received the relevant receipt. The company shall not be liable for any loss of money or valuables left in cabins, public areas of the vessel, or vehicles.
