Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!

We just had a one-day tour experience. Anom was our tour guide and he is just great! He speaks very good English, has very good driving abilities, knows the area and placed to visit very well, and posesses extended knowledge of history and culture! We had great time with him and would recomend him with full confidence!

We booked a driver for two days. The first day in Ubud was wonderful. On the second day, we decided to go to Sekumpu Waterfall. It was a three-hour drive, but the driver didn't know the route and didn't use the GPS, so we spent an extra hour and a half on the trip. We asked to stop and change money before Sekumpu, but they didn't. In the end, we didn't have enough money for entertainment, even though the drive was very long. In general, if you're traveling long distances, make sure the driver knows the route and knows how to use the GPS.

Pak Dewa was excellent throughout our trip in Bali. He picked us up from the airport, took us around Ubud, and was always flexible with our itinerary.
