Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere.

It was a fascinating tour beginning with a water buffalo ride, followed by cycling through the countryside to a duck farm and an organic farm. The tour guide Ms nhân introduced us to various types of vegetables grown in the field. She was enthusiastic and helpful. After lunch we took a basket boat ride along the coconut forest and saw a basket boat spinning performance. The whole trip was both entertaining and educational.★

I really enjoyed this tour! The day before departure, I received an email confirming the hotel address, and the transfer arrived exactly at the appointed time. Along the way, the guide introduced us and asked about our coffee preferences. Upon arrival, everyone was given their chosen drinks, along with a bottle of water. The early hour worked in our favor—it wasn't too hot, there weren't many people there (the tour groups had significantly increased by the time we left), and it was also convenient for those who combine travel and remote work, as they return to the hotel around 11 a.m. (and the whole day lies ahead). The tour itself was wonderful. My English is intermediate, but I understood most of what he told me, and the guide himself speaks English professionally. He has a very pleasant energy: he speaks profound and wisely, yet has a wonderful sense of humor and is attentive to each member of the group. The lunch was filling and delicious, but we had to order drinks separately. Everything was perfectly organized, and I'm very happy!
