1. Please contact customer support to confirm the charter schedule before booking. If you place an order without prior confirmation, we will not process it.

2. For chartered cruises, bringing your own beverages, food, decorations, aerial photography equipment, etc., may incur additional fees or be prohibited for use during the voyage.

3. For Pujiang chartered boats, static mooring-only bookings are not accepted after 17:00 daily; dynamic sailing must be included.

4. Please note that the Huangpu River boat cruise has speed limits and cannot stop or change direction at will. Your cooperation is appreciated.

5. In case of temporary restrictions imposed by government authorities or onboard inspections, passengers must unconditionally comply with the execution.

6. Please carefully read and understand the "Charter Terms and Conditions" and comply with them, as they are equally valid as an attachment to the confirmation letter.

7. Please do not carry valuables during the trip. The seller will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the tour.

8. Travelers with heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cervical or spinal diseases, pregnant women, those with other conditions unsuitable for sailing, and those prone to severe seasickness are not permitted to participate in private charter attractions & tours.

9. The charter attractions & tours may be subject to changes or adjustments due to various force majeure factors such as bad weather, sudden vessel malfunctions, or route blockades. We will handle such cases according to the charter service terms and the cancellation/change rules on our website. Please note that any losses beyond the booking caused by the above force majeure circumstances cannot be compensated for after the service. Kindly be aware in advance!
