We booked the 4‑day/3‑night Nile River cruise through Trip.com, and our local agent was Fayrouz Egypt Travel Company, with Ahmed as our tour operator. He was excellent—communication was smooth, responses were always prompt, and he checked in with us at the end of each day to make sure everything was going well. We truly appreciated that level of care.
The tour price included the river cruise as well as guided visits to all the “must‑see” cultural and historical sites in Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor. We were especially delighted that the tour also included Abu Simbel Temples and a hot‑air balloon ride in Luxor.
All pick‑ups and drop‑offs were smooth and clearly communicated.
The local guides were very good—especially Ahmed Eltayeb in Luxor and Ahmed Awad in Aswan. Both were very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Our drivers, Mohamed (Luxor) and Said (Aswan), drove carefully and smoothly, and we felt very safe with them throughout the trip.★

We had a very cool experience on the Cairo Nile dinner cruise, especially as a family. Our guide Mustafa was fantastic — friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. On the drive to and from the cruise, he made sure everyone’s music tastes were catered for, even playing Baby Shark and Cocomelon for our two-year-old, which was such a lovely touch. The buffet dinner was very sumptuous, with a wide variety of dishes ranging from traditional Egyptian cuisine to Western options, so there was something for everyone. The onboard entertainment was a highlight — the belly dancing and Tanoura show were vibrant, energetic, and truly memorable. Overall, a fun, relaxing, and well-organized experience that we would happily recommend.★

The small customer service of the docking, the service is very good, will pull the group docking in advance, we are traveling to Egypt with the group, the price of the first flight is very cost-effective 👍🏻
