• Damages
The contractor is responsible for managing the vehicle during the rental period.
Regardless of whether a third party is at fault, the contract holder will be responsible for the actual cost of damages (a flat rate of 100,000 yen per vehicle in the case of theft). If other rental items (keys, helmet, charger, etc.) are lost or damaged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing them. Furthermore, if the vehicle becomes unable to be ridden due to a flat tire or other breakdown during the rental period, the customer must immediately stop riding and have it repaired at the customer's expense at the nearest bicycle shop, etc. Riding by anyone other than the contract holder is not covered by compensation or reparations, and the contract holder will be responsible for the full actual cost.
Accident liability
If an accident occurs during the rental period, please follow the procedures prescribed by law and promptly contact the police and the rental store.
Any settlements regarding accidents are the customer's responsibility. We will not be held responsible for any accidents.
Furthermore, notwithstanding the above, if we suffer damage, including if we are forced to pay compensation to a third party, we will claim compensation from you.
The vehicle is covered by compulsory automobile liability insurance and voluntary insurance (unlimited bodily injury and property damage / 50,000 yen property damage exemption), which are included in the rental fee, so you can ride with peace of mind. Please be careful of tipping, vandalism, parking, etc.
Please use a handle lock and chain lock to prevent theft.

If the vehicle is left at a location other than those listed above, the full cost of transporting the vehicle and rental items will be charged at actual cost.
* Nighttime returns (after business hours) are available for an additional fee. Please let us know at the reception desk and we will explain how to return the car.

Violating traffic laws such as the Road Traffic Act
Using the product in dangerous or inappropriate places
Leaving the vehicle somewhere other than the return location
Continuing to drive in the event of a malfunction that could lead to an accident
Modifying or damaging the rental items (electric scooter, lock, helmet, accessories, etc.)
Subleasing or transferring rental items (electric scooters, keys, helmets, accessories, etc.) to a third party.
