Bigbus is a double-decker open-top bus. Sitting on the upper deck offers a panoramic 360-degree view of Madrid's cityscape. Along the way, you'll see many famous landmarks, such as the Prado Museum, Las Ventas Bullring, and Plaza de España.
The bus offers live commentary in English and Spanish. The commentary is lively, engaging, and informative, not only introducing the historical background and cultural significance of each attraction but also sharing local anecdotes, deepening your understanding of Madrid. The bus operates on routes such as the Blue Line, covering Madrid's main attractions and districts. The stops are conveniently located, allowing passengers to hop on and off at their convenience and plan their itinerary freely. For example, you can get off at Puerta del Sol to experience the vibrant city center; or disembark at Atocha train station to visit the Reina Sofia Museum. Tickets are valid for 24 or 48 hours, allowing for multiple rides and stops at different stations, maximizing your independent travel experience. The bus seats are spacious and comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Although the upper deck is open, there are sunshades at the front and back, providing some protection from the sun and rain.★

We had the pleasure of doing the Prado Museum & Tapas & Wine Tour with this company, and it easily exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, the experience was superb! The tapas at three different restaurants were absolutely top‐notch. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated how each stop offered something unique. Our guide Fernando was nothing short of amazing. Knowledgeable, passionate, and attentive, he struck the perfect balance between storytelling and letting us wander. He answered every question with enthusiasm and made the history come alive. The walking portion through the Literary Quarter and Plaza Mayor was delightful with charming streets, hidden gems, and perfect pacing. And the guided visit inside the Prado was exceptional: the guide’s explanations gave real insight into the art and artists. Overall, this was one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Highly recommend!
