If clothing or props are rented, please pay the deposit at the designated location as instructed and process the deposit refund on-site after the shoot.

Each order provides photography services for a maximum of 1 person, with an additional charge of 299 CNY per extra person.

It is recommended to purchase and arrange the shoot at least one day in advance. For same-day bookings, please confirm whether the shooting duration is sufficient, as both online and offline orders may be accepted simultaneously, which could lead to scheduling conflicts. During peak periods, if no slots are available on the same day, our staff will contact you in advance. After successful booking, if there are no issues, our staff will communicate the shooting itinerary and meeting point with you one day before the shoot.

 

You can change locations for shooting during the package period

 

By placing an order, you authorize the studio to use customer photos for promotional purposes by default.

 

Please check the captured photos at any time during the shoot. If unsatisfied, request a reshoot on the spot. Feedback afterward cannot be accommodated. In case of unavoidable circumstances like bad weather preventing the scheduled shoot, we will actively coordinate with you to postpone, reschedule, or issue a refund.

 

Due to order processing across multiple platforms, simultaneous bookings may occasionally occur. In such cases, orders will be processed based on the time of booking. If another guest has already booked the same date through a different platform, we will contact you immediately after your booking to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options.
